ORDER, ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
To place an order for products or services at Vedical, you can visit the store website at www.vedical.in, and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) and have your items shipped to you.
Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email & SMS you an order confirmation. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email & SMS stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. Once we have sent and you have received the Shipment Notification Email, Vedical will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email). All that remains at that point is for us to deliver the product(s) to you, which we will do straight away so you can begin enjoying the amazing item(s) you purchased at the Vedical.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Vedical ships its products in all parts of India.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days once the product is dispatched from our end.
The delivery time estimates may vary from State to State as business days are calculated as weekdays. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to certain unmanageable circumstances beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would highly appreciate your cooperation while we work continuously towards a timely delivery of your order.
A shipping confirmation would have been sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the payment is fulfilled and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking ID or link to monitor the status of your package. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQs
1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Vedical aspires to deliver your products at your doorstep within 2-5 business days after placement of your order. However, certain unexpected delays may arise due to unavoidable situations that are beyond our control.
2. Can I track and check the status of my order?
As soon as we accept your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed and dispatched from our end, we will email you the delivery details including your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log into the “My Account” section of the website to check the status of your order.
3. Can I make my payment through COD?
Vedical provides the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) Method for payment of your order. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
4. Can I make payment through Credit/Debit Cards?
Vedical Online Store accepts all types of Credit/Debit cards along with some local payment wallets.
5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary according to the delivery location. Though, we offer subsidised shipping charges on most of the deliveries.
RETURN AND REFUND
A customer can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at +91 999 0999 472 or sending us a mail at email@example.com to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment and the amount will be refunded within 2-5 business days.
All our products are available to refund but under limited cause (excluding delivery charge where appropriate). The customers can communicate with us on returns through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone with a call to our number +91 999 0999 472.
Since our products are Ayurvedic Medicines, we do not accept the return or refund of products with seals opened. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case of a valid return cause, we will assess your request and initiate return and refund processes. To complete the return, you will be required to provide a proof of purchase to our representative when they come to collect the order. We do not refund users for postage expenses incurred for returning goods.
Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item through an email. Our team will then inspect the returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be transferred through wire or the provided bank details, within 2-5 business days.
The shipping cost for returning an order will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website, please send us an email at email@example.com including images as proof of damage, within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Our team will analyse the request and will revert back to you. If the return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a full refund.
RETURN AND REFUND FAQs
1. How can I return my order?
Vedical will only accept returns for orders that have not been opened, used and the original packaging is intact. The customers can communicate with us on returns through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone with a call to our number +91 999 0999 472.
2. Do you refund customers for postal expenses incase of returns?
No, we do not refund customers for postage expenses incase of returned goods. The shipping cost for returning an order will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. When are returns not possible?
In order to return an order, the customer must ensure that the product is unused, the seal is unopened, and the original packaging is undamaged. Further, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase (order receipt) at the time of return. Requests for returns will be processed only if the above criteria is fulfilled. In case the return is not valid, i.e, the above criteria is not met, we will not initiate the refund process.
4. Can I return part of my order?
No, partial return is not allowed. In case the customer has ordered multiple items and wants to return a single product, he/she will have to return the entire order.
5. When will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is inspected and the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be transferred through wire or the provided bank details, within 2-5 business days.
6. What to do in case of late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. What to do incase I have received a damaged product?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including images as proof of damage, within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The request will be analysed and our team will revert back to you. If the return is accepted, we will then issue a full refund for your order and arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged product.
8. Can you exchange my order?
