What is Ayush Kwath?

Ayush Kwath is an Ayurvedic formulation given by the ministry of AYUSH consisting of following herbs:

• Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) and Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), both of which reduce Kapha & Vata and improve Pitta

• Sunthi (Zingiber officinale) which balances Kapha, relieves swelling and is useful in throat disorders; and

• Krishna Marich (Piper nigrum) for decreasing sputum production and treating chronic respiratory disorders.

Ayush Kwath made by Vedical contains all the above ingredients in just the right composition that readily works towards building a well-functioning immune system and strengthens the body’s natural defence mechanisms against numerous bacterial and viral infections. It is also beneficial during post-recovery stages. Available in the form of 500 mg dispersible tablets manufactured using 100% natural herbs without any added artificial flavour, this Ayurvedic immunity booster is very easy to make at home. It can be consumed as tea or hot drink (Kadha) by dissolving 1 tablet in half a glass (150 ml) of boiled water to which Gud (Jaggery), Draksha (Resins) and/or lemon juice can also be added.
